Baptism at the River

 Following the worship service on June 2 we will meet at 12:45 at Doug & KK Stroop’s farm for a picnic lunch. The rain date will be June 23.  Chicken, burgers, and hot dogs will be prepared by the elders. Everything else will be provided except sides and desserts. You are asked to bring a side dish or dessert but keep in mind neither heating nor refrigeration for your dishes is available prior to lunch. Bring something that doesn’t need to be heated or bring in your own cooler.

If you don’t have time to go home to change clothes, feel free to come to church dressed for the afternoon on the farm. There will be chairs and table set up but it would be good to bring a lawn chair. Address and directions to the Stroop farm are in SCF Connected and will be provided that Sunday and in upcoming weekly emails.
